✈️ Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 7–18 business days depending on destination; express options are shown at checkout with a live estimate.
2. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to most countries. If your country isn’t available at checkout, it’s usually a customs restriction on adult products rather than a logistics issue — email us and we’ll confirm.
3. Will I pay customs duties?
Duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and vary by country. We declare accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed when your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking sometimes pauses for 2–3 days during international transfer — this is normal.

5. What does the packaging look like?
An unmarked, tamper-evident cardboard box. No logo, no product name, no category description on the label. The sender name is a neutral logistics identifier (“S.E. Logistics”).
6. What appears on my bank statement?
Only “S.E. Logistics.” No product reference, no company name containing category language.
7. Will you email me marketing after I order?
Only if you opt in. Order confirmations and tracking updates are transactional and always sent.
8. Is my data shared?
We share address data with the carrier and payment data with the processor. Nothing else. We don’t sell or rent customer lists.

9. What is the silicone made of?
Platinum-cured liquid silicone, free from phthalates, BPA, and latex. It’s non-porous, which means it can be fully cleaned rather than just wiped.
10. Are your products body-safe?
Yes — all insertable surfaces are body-safe silicone, glass, or stainless steel. We don’t stock jelly, PVC, or TPE for internal use.
11. Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based or hybrid with silicone products. Silicone-based lubricant will degrade silicone surfaces over time.
12. Can I use these in water?
Products marked IPX7 are submersible. Products marked IPX4 are splash-resistant only — check the product page before shower use.

13. I’ve never bought anything like this. Where do I start?
Read our air-pulse guide first, then choose by stimulation type rather than price. Lower-priced pieces are not weaker — they’re simpler.
14. How quiet are the devices?
Measured at 30cm, most pieces sit between 35–45dB. Our decibel guide explains what those numbers mean in a shared home.
15. How do I clean a device?
Mild soap and warm water, before and after use. Air-dry completely. Never boil silicone, and never use alcohol-based cleaners on it.
16. How long does a charge last?
Typically 60–90 minutes per full charge, depending on intensity. Full recharge takes 90–120 minutes over magnetic USB.
🛡️ Warranty & Returns
17. What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can’t be resold — but if a device arrives faulty, we replace it.
18. My device stopped working. What now?
Email us with your order number and a short description. Units within the 12-month warranty are replaced, not repaired.
19. Do you offer a warranty?
12 months from delivery on all electronic devices, covering motor and charging faults.
