π‘οΈ Health, Safety & 30-Day Unopened Return Policy
For health, hygiene, and consumer safety reasons, unopened products in their original, untampered factory shrink-wrap and hygiene seals are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Once an intimate deviceβs protective seal is broken or opened, it cannot be returned or restocked.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Standard Returns
- Item must be 100% brand new, unused, and completely unhandled.
- Factory packaging, hygiene seals, cables, and instruction booklets must remain completely intact.
- Original order receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Arrival Guarantee)
If your item arrives physically damaged or defective upon initial receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sexeeg.com with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will promptly issue a free brand-new replacement or a full refund.
3. Refund Processing
Once your eligible returned unopened package is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
